One karahi, one family,
thirty-six years of bhog.
It began in 1990 with a single iron karahi at Gurdaspur's Kalbutri Gate — and a stubborn promise: nothing leaves this kitchen that we wouldn't serve at our own daughter's wedding. Today the third generation still skims the khoya at dawn, still sets the dodha low and slow for six hours, still brushes every kaju katli with real chandi ka vark.
No premixes. No shortcuts. Just milk from the same dairies for three decades, desi ghee by the tin, and recipes written in a notebook nobody is allowed to photocopy.
